Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing, the Aloe House website, any other feature or other Aloe House platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all these Terms, then you may not use Our Website. In these Terms, “we”, “us” , “our” or “Aloe House” refers to Aloe House, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of our Website and other training resources.
  • Changes to the Agreement

We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website, these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.
If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of Agreements, you may terminate your account / Services by contacting us by emailing the support. These policies and procedures apply to all Aloe House products sold on this site or any other site owned by K21Academy that includes a link to this page.

4.1 Billing
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.


A customer can purchase any product offered by Aloe House through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.
After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Aloe House through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.


4.2 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. In that case, the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 7-Days of initiation.  
You will be required to drop an email to help@aloehouseindia.com with Subject: REFUND <Product Name>  

  • Customer Support
For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer Service contact us on the Get in Touch With Us section of our website. We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.
  • Rights you grant us

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which Aloe House deems fit.


Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other company information/updates. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

  • Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation

Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

Any failure by Aloe House or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Aloe House’s or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.

As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”

  • Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aloe House harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
  • Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;
  • Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;
  • Any activity in which you engage on or through the Aloe House Service; and
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
